Edge pulls are morticed into the edge of the door to allow sliding or pocket doors to be pulled closed. Mortices are located so that the edge of the door can be pulled flush against the jamb or sideboard, but not touch the wall. The edge of the door should be flush with the jamb and sideboard to allow the door to close properly.
The From the Anvil Round Finger Edge Pull is designed to allow the pull to be placed at any point along the edge of the door, creating a seamless transition between door and frame.
